Hunting gone wrong [Mew] Icon3post_zpsa64aeb24 Hunting gone wrong [Mew] Icon3post_zpsa64aeb24 Hunting gone wrong [Mew] Icon3post_zpsa64aeb24

The scenery of the town darkened as the moon came in place of the sun. That's when the Dragon came out. He was no longer the baker employee he was some hours ago. He now took another identity. The identity he took every night. He was the leader of Night Beasts. And today he was also the assassin of Namikaze Nagato. Or at least he was going to be. The one who had requested the assassination was someone who had chosen to hide his true identity and come out as an anonymous client. Of course the information he had provided for the victim wasn't as lucking as his introduction. The individual held a high position in a gang named Bone Warriors. The purpose of the team was unclear but it seemed to be causing a lot of trouble to the client and thus they wanted to get rid of it. Another piece of information he was provided with was that the man he was going to assassinate had light blue hair and usually worn a bone mask on his right jaw. Enough information to find him.

Not being completely sure of the exact location of his victim, the boy started his search in the most obvious place. The alleyways of Yeoleum. It was widely known as the most gang populated place in the city. Ryuji had to hang out there too sometimes because of certain requests he had gotten before, so, this place wasn't completely unfamiliar. At this hour of the day, the place was quite active. Gang members, dealers and generally people of the night had already gotten out of their lair to go about their business. The boy had chosen just the right clothing to at least blend in with the rest of the style around him so that no one would notice his real identity.

Keeping both his knife and handgun hidden under his jacket, he continued walking along the brick wall next to him, keeping a fair distance from everyone else. He had been walking for about ten minutes now and he still hadn't pointed out his target. But he wouldn't stop the search now. It was still early for him to change locations.

The punches flew into the man's stomach, bringing him out of breath. He sunk to the ground, being bombarded with kicks of people with no care for him. A man walked away, and he had light blue spiky hair, along with a white bone mask on his right jaw. In his mouth held a unlit cigarette, and he bought the flame to it, smoke instantly going into the air. He inhaled deeply, and out his mouth came a stream of smoke. Nagato looked over his shoulder, seeing his gang take care of the man who had caused them trouble. Walking over, he lifted the man up. "Pay us our got damn money. You got that?" Nagato said, in a scruffy voice. He shook his head, blood all over. Spitting on him, Nagato slammed his head into the ground, walking away. He was in a bad mood, and now this man didn't want to pay his dues? Seeing a female walked by, Nagato whistled, and she smiled, but kept on walking. He leaned against the wall, inhaling the lit cigarette, and smoke went into the air of the dark alleyway. The night air was cool, and felt good on Nagato's skin.

As he walked further into the complex of alleyways, the atmosphere started getting more tense. The darker the area got, the more dangerous it looked. And on top of that, the dragon still couldn't find what he was looking for.Frustrating... At some point, he almost forgot hat he was looking for and just continued walking through the street with his head down. Until his eyes caught a glimpse of blue. And it wasn't his hair.

A young man around his age was walking away with a lit cigarette in his mouth from what seemed to be a beat up man lying down on the ground. Was this Namikaze Nagato? He sure was tall. The thought sent chills down his spine. He hated tall people from the core of his heart. They always took advantage of their height to seem superior. And of course no one could be higher than him. Putting aside the certain matter, he concentrated on observing the man. Ryu didn't stop walking, he just slowed his pace as he took quick glances. A quick and ridiculous thought past his mind as the man whistled at the appearance of a woman walking by. He could have crossdressed into a girl and lured his victim somewhere out of sight, but thinking about it again, it was too extreme.

When he was finally a bit further away from the blue haired man, he mimicked him and leaned back on the wall. His mind was scanning the whole situation, trying to find the right way to finish this job. If he went out on him here, he would probably have to deal with his gang mates too. It was better if he had found him alone somewhere. Without realizing, his eyes had glued on the man, giving him a piercing look. At this rate, his target would probably notice the boy staring at him, but the Dragon was unaware of his actions to prevent anything bad from happening. He was too focused on his thoughts.

Looking to the right, Nagato squinted his eyes. He was sure he heard something. Letting it go, he watched as a man walked up to him, one of his regular customers. "Let me get something boss." Nagato shook his head, and reached into his pocket, bringing out a small bag, barely seen. Giving it to the man, Nagato emerged with 20 dollars. This was the Bone Warriors corner, any other gang knew not to try and do any business here. Putting it into his pocket, Nagato looked to the left this time, pretty sure he heard something once again. What the hell was going on for him today. "Guys, I'm gonna go home. Gotta hit the sack." He called out to his gang, and he began to walk.

He suddenly snapped out of his thoughts when the individual he was looking at started moving. Was he really that lucky? Or did the man just decide to walk a bit further into the alleyway? Nope. He was lucky. His victim bit his mates goodbye and noted that he would be heading home. Perfect. Ryuji stayed in his position a bit longer to not seem suspicious, while still keeping an eye at the man so that he wouldn't lose him. When he bid it was okay, the Dragon was back in the move.

He followed his target for a fair amount of time, keeping his steps quite a large distance away from him. This was too easy. Any moment now, he would take out his hand gun and shoot the man two to three times in the head, and dead, end of job. A slight smile appeared on the boy's face as he reached into his jacket to grab the gun, only to lang his hand on the side of his body. He panicked for a bit as he realized that what he was looking for wasn't there. Had he forgotten to bring the most important tool with him? Well, that was pretty bad. Searching on the other side, a sigh of relief left him. At least he sill had his knife with him. That would have to do.

Getting a good grip of the knife's handle, the boy proceeded in walking swiftly and quickly without a sound towards the man he was targeting. Shortly after he was just some inched behind the man, raising his knife, ready to land a stab on his back.

Walking home, Nagato let the cool night air surround him, chilling his spine in the process. It felt nice, a pleasant feeling. He began to walk aimlessly, enjoying the alone time. Reaching into his pocket, he grabbed his switchblade, admiring it. It was Nagato's most prize possession, with a cool metallic handle, and a dark crimson blade. He always carried, just in case. Looking to the left, he thought he heard another sound, but shrugged it off. "I am losing it." He said to himself shrugging. Making a sharp left turn, Nagato arrived in front of his apartment complex. Reaching for his key, he unlocked the door, closing it on his way in.

A quick turn alarmed him and he shrugged back quietly as to not let the man see him. Damn it. He was in just the right position to strike and Nagato had suddenly changed directions out of the blue. Ryu desperately restrained himself from letting a frustrated sound escape his mouth. He just calmed down as quickly as he could and continued to follow the man until he came to a halt outside of an apartment. The dragon assumed it was his victims house and thus decided it would be considerably convenient to kill him here. The ones who would be in danger of suspicion were those who lived around the area. It was perfect.

But even this plan of him failed. The door closed too soon behind the man. Ryu stood there for a bit with an open mouth, seeming as if he was ready to say something. After a moment, he closed his mouth and sighed in defeat. This was the first time his target had gotten away in such a ridiculously casual way. The boy just gave up inside. This was an utter disaster.

Was it? He thought about it again. He was in need of money in this certain period of time. Abandoning a request would be pretty bad at this point. He knew where his target was so why not try a bit more? Apparently, Ryu wasn't an extremely daring or smart person, which made this task quite difficult. Instead of just knocking on the door and killing the man on the spot, he decided it was better to just sneak into the house instead.

Yes, he tried to sneak into the house. Tried. Staying glued to the wall, he quietly and slowly made his way to the nearest window. Of course he didn't know if it was open or not, but he assumed he'd have the chance to find out. Now being exactly under the window, he tried to raise his head and see what was going on inside. His calculations though were wrong. Instead of raising his head up, he bumped it on the windowsill making a considerably loud sound.

Getting inside, Nagato took off his shirt, and fell onto the couch. "Being a Gang Leader is getting harder." He said to himself, with a sigh. Walking into the kitchen, the male grabbed a ice cold beer, and a frozen beef patty. Taking out a pan and some oil, Nagato began to fry up his hamburger. The oil popped, making sizzling noises. Hearing a noise outside, Nagato turned around. "Who the hell is there?" He asked, the noise coming from the window. Opening up the glass, he stuck his head out the window. Seeing nobody, he grunted and said, "These got damn noises." He returned to his couch, putting his feet up.

Ryu pushed himself on the wall as much as he could, trying not to make a sound as the blue haired man checked for the source of the noise. He had also bid it appropriate to hold in his breath as he thought that any kind of noise would alarm the man over him. One more second and he would have died from suffocation. Luckily for him, the man quickly put his head back in and went on with what he was previously doing. Ryu left out a huge wave of air and turned around to face the wall, and this time the actual window too.

With cautious movements, he managed to take a peak at the inside of the house. His target was lying on his couch with his feet up. Nothing else seem to catch his eyes, so he returned to his original position, with his back to the wall and started thinking of a way in again. Getting in from the window would be impossible now. Then another one of his wild ideas came to his mind. If he had noticed correctly, the front door was a fair distance behind the back of the couch. If he could unlock the door and somehow get in unnoticed, he would be able to strike from behind.

Satisfied with this new idea of his, he got up quietly and headed back to the front door. He wasn't exactly an expect on picking locks, but he had the basics down. He took out a paperclip he had on him and unfolded it, forming into something that could feet the lock's entrance. Ryu started fidgeting the lock with the wire took he had just made, but all was in vain. Annoyed by the failure, the boy lightly punched his hand on the wall next to him. But apparently this day was officially one of his most unfortunate days. The part he had punched the wall just had to be the doorbell. Ryu just stood there staring at the door like a lost child as he heard the sound of the bell ring inside the house.
